the scope

This design is one of the few residential projects in this area. Therefore it was important to integrate it within the environment and preserve nature’s characteristics.

The two residential buildings are positioned at quite a distance from each other so that privacy is guaranteed. Between the blocks there are recreational facilities where residents can meet. There is a swimming pool, a gym, a pantry and a social and barbecue area. Apartments have two or three bedrooms and on the top of the buildings there are penthouses with four bedrooms.
