Located between the famous Sugar Loaf and Christ the Redeemer, this land has a unique location in the historic heart of Botafogo. Its future design could be of great importance for the skyline. Local law only permitted 77 units on this location, which was a challenge.

With the use of duplex and triplex apartments it was possible to fit in 77 units in a profitable way. No one will have the same apartment, as the design of the interior is flexible. There is a recreational and social area in between the two buildings. The ‘L’ shape of the swimming pool involves the little side street of the entrance part, by forming a bridge over it.
