the scope

This design is made for a new area due to the city’s expansion and improved former proposals. We managed to fit in 5 floors instead of 4, which made it more attractive for the client. The building has 30 units with 2 and 3 bedrooms with verandas, a parking lot and a recreational area with a swimming pool on the top floor.
