The biggest challenge was to create a commercially viable answer to the strict demands of the client and the parameters of legislation. The land is located in the historical centre that was built by Germans and is still a maintained tradition. To deal with the enormous depth we created six sections of different ceramic patterns by using four colours, which refer to the medieval time. Also it is easy to maintain this sustainable façade. on the front side and backside of the building there are four bedroom apartments and in the middle there are three bedroom apartments.
