the challenge
The clients wanted to make a commercial building with a front store and parking spaces. This project was designed to create and deliver a cost-effective solution to meet the clients’ goal. In this specific region local law permitted eight floors, but only a percentage of that could be commercial.
the solution
The solution was mixed use with five floors of commercial space and two floors of one-bedroom apartments. Both residential and commercial areas have facilities on the top floor such as an auditorium, meeting rooms, fitness center, swimming pool and playgrounds.
the ‘chill out’ area has a swimming pool, wet deck and a jacuzzi to relax in.
