the scope
The challenge was to design two residences for a family. We designed two duplex apartments of 135m2. The common entrance, the hall and parking are at ground level. The apartments consist of one entire floor and both have a half part of the third floor. The family shares a social area on top of the building, with a swimming pool and barbecue area.
