The clients wanted to make this an Accor, Mercure 4-star category hotel. We designed a building in an “L” shape so that most of the apartments would have the view of the ocean, as well as space for creating an outside swimming pool, integrated to the ocean on lobby level.

Second mandatory thing was to respect the law concerning the “shadow on the beach” that shaped this unique staggered form, creating many “solariums” for each room with an atmosphere that allowed ocean view apartments with a pool, to have such privileged conditions.
